I was looking for an engagement ring but dreaded going shopping as I had no knowledge about rings, pricing, etc. From the moment I talked to Trina on the phone I knew this was the right place to purchase my ring. I was in a rush and needed to purchase within a few days. No problem, Trina and Dana jumped on board and had a selection to choose from with a day or two. All I can say is wow! I just proposed this weekend to my girlfriend now Fiancé she loves the ring. Dana’s made this huge milestone in our life so easy. My first visit took about a total of 12.5 min. I was helped instantly asked what I was thinking on getting and a price range. Not even a week later they had a band, the diamond, and the diamonds for the band all inside my price range. They called for me to look at everything I loved it all so they sent it to be put together. The overall meeting for that day took maybe 15 min. Finally a week or so later the ring was ready I went in and paid picked it up and was ready to propose. I spent less than an hour there over 3 visits. It was so simple and easy. If you are looking for a engagement ring look no further go to Danas save a bunch of time and money and save yourself from unneeded stress this is meant to be a happy and fun time in your life and Dana’s provides just that. Wasn’t willing to help, didn’t give me the time of day. Didn’t see much jewelry that I would purchase for me or for anyone. Was told they would do appraisals, they would not. Went less then a block up the street and found a jeweler willing to help and treat me like a customer.

I can't say enough good things about this jewelry store and their customer service - I highly recommend this store for all your jewelry needs. I needed a last minute fix for my damaged ring, but it was closing time for stores in the area - I called Dana's and they stayed open late specifically to wait on me to arrive and give them my ring to fix. Brenda, as well as two other women staff members, did an amazing job fixing my ring back to its beautiful original state. I am so happy with the results, professionalism, and amazing customer service!! Thank you so much Dana's!

This store is one of those places hidden within a city/town that you may drive-by, but really need to checkout. Honestly, words are hard to explain when it comes to this establishment. The owner and staff are the best people you could ever meet. They are extremely helpful and caring about your needs when shopping here. The selection may be a little on the smaller side compared to those big chain stores, but they are able to order just about anything you are looking for. As for pricing see for yourself, they are very understanding. Definitely recommend this place and when the thought of jewelry came to thought, Dana's Fine Jewelery is the place!

I had a ring that i just couldn't get off and Brenda (bless her heart) sat there for what felt like forever trying to get that thing off of me! Nicest girl ever!!
